SeeAPI publishes per-second provider pricing
Seedance 2.0 at 720P uses 40 provider credits per second when the request contains images but no reference video. On this project's $199 / 24,000-credit SeeAPI package, one provider credit costs about $0.0082917. A 15-second output uses 600 provider credits, so direct model cost is about $4.98 before payment, storage, and support overhead.
Retail credits are a separate balance
One fixed HD 720P video costs 100 site credits, sold at $9.90 per video. At the current estimated $4.98 model cost, payment processing, storage, and support reduce the remaining margin.
The guarantee has a scope
The margin check is a pricing rule, not a promise that upstream prices cannot change. Provider rates are dated and must be reviewed before launch and whenever SeeAPI changes billing. Real paid-task invoices still need to be tested with the production account.
