Failed generation jobs
Credits reserved for failed, canceled, or timed-out jobs are returned automatically through the transactional settlement flow.
Successful generations
A completed result can differ from your creative intent. Probabilistic variation alone does not make a completed generation a failed task.
Payment support
Keep the checkout receipt and job ID when contacting support. Never send passwords, API keys, or complete card details.
