One portrait carries the whole clip
Zombie Transformation uses a single photo. The person stays in their own hair and clothes while the camera pushes in through a dim, dusty room. A front-facing original with even light, both eyes visible, and no sunglasses gives the ending close-up a stable face to return to.
The change is makeup, held in close-up
From about 3 to 8 seconds the skin fades to grey-green, faint veins show at the temples and neck, and the eyes cloud. They twitch once, tilt the head, and look into the lens while the practical light flickers. The last three seconds hold a tight close-up so the changed face is still recognizable. There is no second person and no location change.
Keep the sound dry and close
The track is room tone, quiet breathing, a distant pipe, and a low electrical buzz. A restrained texture and a sub-bass pulse sit under the change, timed to one cloth twitch and the lamp flicker. The ending is near-silence and a faint breath. The prompt leaves out growling, dialogue, and wet or graphic effects.
The still on the template is a concept
The card image is a concept preview, so judge the moving result, not that still. Seedance 2.0 is 100 credits and MiniMax H3 is 70 for the 15-second HD clip. If the face slips during the tilt, retry with a larger, simpler portrait and leave the director's note empty for the first pass.
